Dr. Forthman, Orthopedic Surgeon, and Romina Astifidis, MS, PT, CHT, will dissect an elbow while discussing the anatomy with an emphasis on the clinical correlations relevant to the hand and upper extremity therapist.

Objective(s):

  • 1.Review elbow bone, joint, and soft tissue anatomy.
  • 2. Appreciate the underlying anatomic basis of common elbow surgeries.
  • 3. Explore rehabilitation techniques as related to the surgical anatomy.
