In-Person Attendees
In-Person registration includes access to all educational sessions, the Exhibit Hall, Opening Reception and access to all recorded plenary, scientific and concurrent sessions on the conference platform following the event.
Virtual Attendees
Virtual registration includes access to all recorded plenary, scientific and concurrent sessions that will be uploaded to the conference platform post event*. These select sessions will be uploaded to the conference platform post event in two installments (see schedule below.) During the in-person conference, virtual attendees will have access to the e-Posters and online exhibit hall. There will be no livestreamed sessions this year. Virtual Registration available until December 31, 2023.

Access to On-Demand Content
By registering to attend ASHT 2023, you also will gain access to the plenary, scientific and concurrent sessions recorded on-site and available on the conference platform post event. The on-demand access is available until September 1, 2024.
Education Credit and Contact Hours
ASHT provides CME credits/contact hours. In-person attendees can only earn credits for the session they attend in San Antonio. In-person and virtual-only attendees are expected to claim CEUs and retrieve their certificates by January 31, 2023.
