This presentation describes the path of the radial nerve in the upper extremity, details the functional loss and implications from a radial nerve lesion and focuses on orthotic interventions. There are many orthotic designs which enable the patient with radial nerve palsy to function independently. A variety of designs are featured and instructions are offered.
