Registration Rates
REGISTRATION OPTIONS
The annual meeting will again offer both in-person and online registration options. All in-person plenary, scientific and concurrent sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the conference platform post event.
Annual Conference (September 28 - October 1, 2023): The Annual Meeting begins with the Opening Session on Thursday. Access to all plenary, scientific sessions and concurrent sessions from Thursday, September 28 through Sunday, October 1 is included.
Pre-Conference Institutes (Thursday, September 28, 2023): ASHT offers Pre-Conference Institutes prior to the official start of the Annual Meeting. These educational sessions offer intense hands-on learning highlighting current hand and upper extremity topics. These sessions are capped (on-site), ticketed and require pre-registration. Both onsite and virtual attendees may purchase one Pre-Conference Institute ticket. Virtual attendees can view the purchased pre-conference session in the on-demand platform following the event. In-person attendees will participate live onsite. All pre-conference registrants will have access to the purchased pre-conference sessions in the on-demand platform post event.
Education Plus: Save time and money by joining ASHT or renewing your ASHT membership during the Annual Meeting registration. Education Plus combines membership dues and Annual Meeting registration into one payment. Registration fees include meeting registration at the member rate and membership for the remainder of the current year and the following year. Membership will be valid thru 12/31/24.

*For groups of 3 or more attendees from the same institution who are all members of ASHT. The group registration rate cannot be applied to attendees looking to renew membership or become ASHT members, or those wishing to utilize the Education Plus registration rate. All registration forms for the group must be received at the same time in order to get the group rate.

PAYMENT
Acceptable payment forms include:
- Checks made payable to ASHT (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars)
- VISA, MasterCard and American Express
Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without full payment will be returned for completion. Registration will not be processed without payment. No cash is accepted.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received in the ASHT office on or before September 15, 2023. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Should a government advisory or any other decision by the host hotel or ASHT prevent this meeting from taking place in person, your registration fee will be refunded in full. Please note that Coronavirus (COVID-19) refund requests made after September 15, 2023, will not be honored unless there is a government advisory prohibiting your attendance at the meeting. Attendees should check their individual airlines for specific cancellation/refund policies. ASHT will not be responsible for any airline/hotel cancellation or change fees. There will be no refunds issued for requests received after September 15, 2023. Please forward written requests to meetings@asht.org.
